What's on offer

This site offers digital products, coaching services, and free resources. Specifically:

• Nothing Changes If Nothing Changes — a self-paced online course

• The Book of You — a personalised digital Human Design guide

• 1:1 Coaching Sessions — individual sessions, online, 90 minutes

• Portal — ongoing coaching partnerships (referral only)

• Leadership Coaching & Human Design for Teams — corporate workshops and coaching engagements (enquiry-based)

• Free resources — including a downloadable ebook, guided meditations, and a free Human Design chart (via Bodygraph)

These terms apply to all of the above unless stated otherwise.

Digital products

Purchasing and access

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through Stripe via Squarespace Commerce. I don't store your payment details.

Once your purchase is confirmed, you'll receive access to your digital product. For courses, this means login access to the course platform. For The Book of You, this means delivery of your personalised digital file.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Under EU consumer law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. The following exceptions apply to products and services offered through this site:

The Book of You is a personalised product, created specifically for you based on your individual Human Design chart. Under EU consumer law (Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Because this product is created uniquely for you, it is non-refundable.

Nothing Changes If Nothing Changes (course) grants immediate access upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once you have accessed the course content. The course is non-refundable.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing what you've bought, get in touch at hello@paulatorraco.com and I'll sort it out.

Course access

Access to Nothing Changes If Nothing Changes is available for 12 months from the date of enrolment.

Personal use only

All digital products are for your personal use only. You may not share, copy, resell, redistribute, or make available any content — including course materials, workbooks, guides, or any part of The Book of You — to anyone else, in any format, without my written permission.

1:1 Coaching sessions

Booking and payment

Sessions are booked and paid for in advance. All prices are listed in EUR.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a session, let me know at least 24 hours in advance. I'll do my best to find an alternative time that works for both of us.

If you cancel or don't show up with less than 24 hours' notice, the session is forfeited and no refund will be given.

Refunds

Each session is tailored to you individually, using your Human Design and what you bring to the conversation. Because sessions are personalised services, they are non-refundable once booked. Rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours' notice (see above).

What coaching is and isn't

Coaching is a collaborative process aimed at supporting your personal and professional development. It is not therapy, medical treatment, financial advice, or a substitute for professional help where needed. I am not a licensed therapist or medical professional. If you're dealing with something that needs clinical support, please seek appropriate help.

I don't guarantee specific outcomes. What happens in a session depends on what you bring to it and what you're willing to explore.

Corporate work

Leadership coaching, Human Design for Teams workshops, and other corporate engagements are scoped and agreed on a case-by-case basis. Terms including pricing, cancellation, deliverables, and timelines are set out in individual agreements or proposals before work begins.

Free resources

Free resources (the ebook, meditations, and the Human Design chart tool) are provided as they are. When you download a free resource or generate your chart, your contact details may be added to my mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.

The free Human Design chart is generated through an embedded tool from Bodygraph (bodygraph.com). Birth details entered into that tool are processed by Bodygraph, not by me. Their terms and privacy policy apply to the use of that tool.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, course materials, workbooks, guides, The Book of You, and any other materials I create — is my intellectual property unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of it for commercial purposes without my written permission.

Downloading or purchasing a product gives you a personal licence to use it. It doesn't transfer ownership of the content itself.

Your use of this site

You agree to use this site respectfully and lawfully. You won't attempt to interfere with the site's functionality, access areas you're not authorised to access, or use the site or its content in ways that could cause harm to me or to others.

Limitation of liability

I do my best to make sure everything on this site is accurate and up to date, but I can't guarantee that it's always complete or error-free. The content on this site — including blog posts, free resources, and course materials — is for informational and personal development purposes. It is not professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, its content, or any products or services purchased through it.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under EU or Dutch law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from the use of this site or the purchase of products or services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, the "last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
