Hi, I’m Paula.

Before Coaching and Human Design became my path, I spent years working in Corporate - leading teams as a People Manager and, later, creating and shaping a Culture Manager role from the ground up.

What I learned?
Strategy matters. But energetics - the way individuals relate to themselves and each other - that’s where real change begins.

Today, I guide leaders and teams to align with their natural design - unlocking clearer communication, more authentic leadership, and sustainable collaboration.

My approach blends Human Design, emotional intelligence, energy awareness, and lived corporate experience - all in service of creating work environments where people feel seen, trusted, and empowered.

This isn’t about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about building from what’s already powerful within your team — and amplifying it.

  • Human Design is a self-knowledge and self-awareness system. Think of it like a blueprint for how you’re meant to operate - how you make decisions, interact with the world, and use your energy in a way that feels natural (instead of forced). It combines elements of astrology, the I Ching, the chakra system, and quantum physics to give you a map of how you’re designed to thrive.

    It’s not about putting you in a box - it’s about showing you the way out of the one you’ve been conditioned into.

  • It’s easy! All you need is your birth date, time, and location - and you can generate your free chart here in seconds.

    Your chart will show your Type, Strategy, Authority, Profile, and more, but if it looks like a foreign language, don’t worry! That’s exactly what I help you decode.

  • If you’re unsure of your exact birth time, don’t worry - you’re not alone!

    Here are a few tips to help:

    - Ask family members: They might have a record or memory of when you were born.

    - Check birth records: Some countries include birth times on certificates or hospital records.

    - Experiment with approximate times: If all else fails, you can run charts for different times throughout the day and notice if certain elements (like your Type, Strategy, or Authority) remain consistent.

    Your Human Design won’t change drastically within a few hours, but an exact time will give you the most accurate details about specific elements like your Profile, Channels, and Variables.
